Well, trying to be a journalist bait in court sounds like something you don't want especially with this exceptional individual's history.

But I guess he thinks being a blogger pays more than being an ADA?
Right now his goal is probably to write half a dozen books and end up on CNN where they introduce him as a 'legal expert' everytime he makes an appearance.

Considering he seems to be a terrible prosecutor and he loves speaking, he's probably jumping at the chance to be some legal/political talk show host.

Fuck Binger and his starwars pins. 50 year old fauxhauk having ass.

My private theory is that the cop's Kyle tried to surender to saw the second shooting and told him to fuck off because they thought it was justified and didn't wanna deal with the shit. They were less than two blocks away and you can even see their lights/car in some of the videos.
I suspect a fair amount of the local cops have sympathy for Rittenhouse. Might not be a majority, but I guarantee you it's a significant percentage.

Defense closing had better bring up the fact the 3 blind mice didn't need to be there just as the state made a point to say Kyle didn't need to be there.

He’s desperate because the train collecting photojournalist is coming for his job. He needs to look like the judge is so against him to smoke screen his malfeasance.

Binger is just doing everything he can to win the trial in the eyes of Twitter and the media.
He is giving al the words they need to make articles painting it as an unfair trial, and everyone involved as horrid monsters picking on the poor prosecutor.

Why the fuck is this guy trying to get gatcha moments? He's made so many bad mistakes that he just sounds like he's fishing for soundbytes of the judge getting angry at him.

i can't tell if binger is exceptional or has a ego the size of jupiter. is it both?
I've been puzzling his angle this whole past week. His blatant attacking Kyle on his Constitutional rights was astoundingly corrupt and dirty and Binger knows he can't do that and he still did that. Is he purposefully trying to get a mistrial? Does he really not know what the law is? The fact that he fought with the judge THREE times now sure makes it look like he's going for soundbites for the news. I think he's just an incredibly dirty DA who's never gotten any push back before or has never seen any discipline ever. I'm guessing the latter and I'm also guessing that he will not face anything after all of this either. At this point I don't even know if he pulled a Nifong and had a witness testify on stand that he made a deal with Binger to give certain testimony if anything would happen to him. This judge, who is old and gonna be on his way out, might be based but the system, which Binger is at least a mid weight in, is not.

Judge wants it wrapped up by Friday, so if we're lucky it will be then, if not I'm guessing Monday.
This case will start closing arguements on Saturday with the jury deliberation on Monday. There is no way they will let this case "end" on the weekend because that gives BLM/Antifa the weekend to burn down Kenosha (because of course they will).

The smart move is to drag this out till Monday, jury deliberates, Verdict by Wednesday. That gives plenty of time to secure the town, call in the national Guard, and prepare for the rioting that will come if at all,

The closer the end of the case comes to the weekend the more chance BLM/Antifa will sporadically show up.
