Binger and his case are very unpopular with the jury right now. Binger may be prepared to kick and scream, but that doesn't necessarily help him, especially since the Judge has been sick of his shit very early on. Binger has been doing inadmissable things, and the Judge, as moderator and arbiter, should strike bullshit down.
Who knew trying to gaslight a judge would not only piss him off, but make him a petty, spiteful bitch.

Dumbass is trying to win the court of opinion when he should've been trying to win in the actual court. Fuckass.
He doesn't have a case in the first place and his only goal with this case is to use it as a springboard into a political career. His only option is to appeal to jurnos so even if he loses he can blame it on the mean Trump judge and hopefully still have a chance at winning election.

Social media is seething hard right now.

Talk radio just had a guy call in saying the judge's house should be burned down and his kids gutted and hung by their intestines. (Local VA C-SPAN affiliate if anyone can track it down.)

They are 100% doing this to lay the blame game on the judge and try to intimidate him to salvage any sort of case they can.
This is a good way to get the FBI at your door.

Seems like a strategy that doesn't work when you're against a massive shyster
The main thing you have to worry about in failing to object is waiving the right to complain about it on appeal. Remember, for the most part, by the time you object, the jury has already heard that shit anyway (and you cannot "unring the bell" -- although you CAN shut down an improper line of inquiry). It's a balancing act--conducted in real time, and takes brains, experience, and "feel." Juries don't like lawyers who CONSTANTLY object but by failing to do so, you can waive your right to bitch and moan on appeal (which can have real consequences).

Good luck with that, the man is 75 years old and has long since hit the point of not giving a fuck.

Well, trying to be a journalist bait in court sounds like something you don't want especially with this retard's history.

But I guess he thinks being a blogger pays more than being an ADA?

Also do it fuckers.
Do you really think using fear to get what you want would work?
Maybe you should ask the three people that used it to arson and kill a 17 year old possibly autistic kid going to his job.

Constitutional protections are only for people you like. This judge is just an evil man for trying to give accused a chance to defend themselves

If it's not been mentioned, we're on a relabeling break due to Binger objecting to prejudicial file names. After having prejudicial file names himself.

And given how the defense's hands off strategy has only resulted in the sped Binger melting down on his own accord; I'd say they're on the right track.

Whether or not they'll win the court of public opinion is an entirely other matter altogether, and given how the journoscum has been slandering Rittenhouse for close to a year there really isn't much the defense can do about a stacked deck.
Don't get me wrong, the lack of objection is -infuriating-. But Barnes is the definition of biased testimony and should not be trusted -in any way- on this subject.

My private theory is that the cop's Kyle tried to surender to saw the second shooting and told him to fuck off because they thought it was justified and didn't wanna deal with the shit. They were less than two blocks away and you can even see their lights/car in some of the videos.

I think it's probably his most realistic career choice now. I'd say he has decent odds of getting in deep shit over this trial with his behavior.
