It's just so extraordinary in real life for the defendant to take the stand in a case like this, especially such a high-profile case. Relying on your own right not to testify and the fact that your silence can't be used against you is the norm. And this is a kid, not a smooth-talking college-educated adult. He could very easily tank his entire case, which is why most people don't choose to do this.I am actually kind of fascinated with how little trust you guys have in his defense when they have done a quite good job so far for all I can tell.
Next time just vomit on the paralegals.Fuck.
I just threw up in the office pool paralegals trash can.
Well, here we go Bois!
I hope you are skilled at riding a dick, Kyle.
yes, and there's a high posibbility of that fucking kyle on cross.I'm feeling a little more confident in this. Kyle is a good kid.
The only thing I can think of is Kyle insisted, because no lawyer should consider this considering how slam dunk the case has been in their favor. Unfortunately, the defense can't keep Kyle off the stand, they can just try to talk him out of it.Defense called him to the stand for reasons that can't be explained.
Judge ordered bailiffs to start patrolling the aisles yesterday after someone was caught taking photos.Anyone else catch one of the bailiffs walking up and down the aisle in the audience? Are they worried about someone there starting shit?
