As a practical matter yes. No storming is neccessary. The lawyers work for Kyle and, by their oaths of practice, must do their best by Kyle and his wishes. If Kyle insists he wants to be put on the stand, they are duty-bound to prep him and put him up. The lawyers work for him.

Are you a lawyer? Their job is to get him acquitted, not let him defend himself, ya dope.
