Imagine after the Chauvin trial where he got double the average sentence for the crimes he was convicted for thinking that the system is bias against the left. Particularly with all the Jan 6 people getting the book thrown at them as well.

As a practical matter yes. No storming is neccessary. The lawyers work for Kyle and, by their oaths of practice, must do their best by Kyle and his wishes. If Kyle insists he wants to be put on the stand, they are duty-bound to prep him and put him up. The lawyers work for him.
