I thought that way for a while - but then I realized I’m not the only one going to use the bathroom.
For ex: I went to the movies a few weeks ago and two very young (7 or 8 year old) girls came into the bathroom giggling - but totally alone and unaware of their surroundings. I took extra time washing my hands just so I could make sure they got out and to their dad safely. Their dad wasn’t even watching the bathroom door but was away at the counter when I walked out.
Men like Yaniv are fucking terrifying. Men, in a dress, that can wait in the bathroom for as long as they want for the opportunity I described above. I know what a creep is. I’m loud and large enough to tell someone to fuck off - or use my phone to call for help. A little girl doesn’t have that luxury. That’s why we gatekeep bathrooms - not to oppress mentally ill troons but to protect our kids.
If I saw a man like Yaniv just playing in the sink in a woman’s bathroom, I would probably try to get them removed. If they were in the process of leaving, I would probably tell management to check for a kiddie cam in the stall. Idgaf. I draw the line here. You better pass real damn well AND have an F on your ID before you even dream of stepping into a single sex space.

not only do male troons not care about the consequences for TIFs, these issues actually benefit TIMs.
essentializing womanhood as the safe opt-in gender identity is essential to ALL of their trans rights.
TIMs also love to be in a justified hierarchy over TIFs to have more ideological authority over them.
she's right that when TRAs say "trans men are men" it can be disparaging in their ideology. it's a feature.

I don't want to get into the politics except to say that, yes, double standards suck. If you wouldn't make fun of Obama for being skinny, then don't make fun of Shapiro for being short.

the difference is that most people on earth have a will to live, a drive to improve, and empathy for others.
ex. eating disorders are illnesses with a high number of suicide attempts at 24.9% based on a study of 36k+.
are we really supposed to believe TIMs have it twice as bad as people who don't fucking eat at all long term?

Immediately, all of these people who a second ago were saying “hey, that’s not cool bro” and “this guy’s opinion sucks” were now reee-ing at me for criticizing the way he looks “don’t bodyshame! Attack his opinions instead!” And “why is it okay to bodyshame men if it’s not okay to bodyshame women?!” It was hilarious. So i responded “lol, fat.” Good times.
Gender dysphoria is a first world problem. People with real problems don’t have the time or attention to spare for NLOG girls and dudes who get penis feels over wearing womens’ clothes. Even the ones who are unhappy over the treatment of their sex in third-world cultures are busy fighting for rights for their sex, not the right to pretend to be the other sex.
