There was some FLIR footage showing someone marked as Pedobaum heading towards the car lot, and someone labeled as Kyle moving in the same direction some distance behind.

You'd have to be extremely charitable to say Kyle was following Pedobaum, much less pursuing him. This is ignoring that the footage shows Pedobaum ducking behind some cars and then chasing after Kyle in a classic ambush.

While the thread is meming on the witness's reply I frankly adore the prosecutor's "Let's talk about that" attempt at grabbing hold off the cliff face the witness just threw them off.

I hope to god that if Rittenhouse is found innocent he sues every news agency who called him a nazi mass murderer into the dirt and reaps millions in settlement cash. The only thing more funny than killing the establishment footsoldiers is having the establishment pay you money after doing it.

Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't the current president feature Kyle in his campaign videos when talking about white supremacist terrorists? Because I'd love to see that lawsuit won over depriving Kyle of his right to presumption of innocence.

I still stand by my Kyle will lose prediction though.

The big one for Grosskreutz' alleged statement posted by his friend that he regrets not killing Kyle is that while he did not post that himself in a court of law he can be made to refute it or not when called as a witness. And this is a man whose choice of which hand he wanks with has been taken from him.

If the defence looks him in the eyes and askes "do you wish you got Kyle before he got you?" I'll be impressed if he has the self control to say "no" convincingly and as soon as he does so that's that shot justified.

I think it's possible. It also reflects reality. But it would be a tough row to hoe because Grosskreutz could also claim self defense. I wouldn't be optimistic about this eventuality, though I can wish for it.

The jury remembers opening because it's their roadmap of the case. If you lie to them in opening they tend to hold you accountable for it.

As stated by others before in the thread the goal of the state here is to criminalize self defense even if its 110% justified to take guns away and make it illegal to defend from their brownshirts, doesn't matter how indefensible the violent convicted pedo is, they're gonna draw this out for as long as they can to convict Kyle of murder because at the end of the day they don't loose anything anyway if Kyle walks free, just wait until the next trial when another brownshirt crosses the line and gets shot

Nate The Lawyer brought this up a bit ago on Nick's stream. Kyle's lawyer blew a hole in Binger's opener with the cop multiple times but did not realize it and capitalize it like he should have. Dude seems to be a walking sandbag.

It does kind of bug me that rational people got themselves out of serving on this jury due to their principals. Jury nullification is American af.

Just a random thought.

Even it Rittenhouse cannot get off the weapons charge due to the technical reading, as it is my understanding a minor is allowed to possess a firearm under adult supervision. As long as he was with his battle buddy or with the group at Car Source, does that not mean that he was in legal possession.

Additionally, the curfew would not apply to persons on private property with permission.
