Serious answer:

As a disabled person not born disabled (acquired) …no. Why would it be ableist to prevent a lifetime of pain and suffering? Assuming this is not forced by the govt (eg sterilizing all disabled people though some conditions have infertility and a symptom like DS and CF)

Just to add, abelism is rooted in a hatred of disabled people, or believing that disabled people are inferior. Sparing someone from pain and a lifetime of hurt and disappointment and rejection isn’t ableist.
