friend, you made definitive and absolute statements that characterised gays as impulsive and willing to turn to pedophilia in the absence of consenting adult males. you said Brazilians have "good reason" to fear the gays because they were running pedo kidnapping rings around the country. you did not specify that this was a generalisation or perception created by media or government representation for the purpose of prejudice. I can only respond to what you SAID.
"it was more common with gay people" - what does this mean? it was more common for gay people to be the kidnappers, or for male children to be kidnapped? there are reasons beyond sex that male children may be preferred for trafficking purposes. but if you mean that homosexual identified adults were doing the bulk of the kidnapping - okay, how exactly are those stats being recorded? especially when male sexual predators are known to prey on children opportunistically rather than because of explicit pedophilic urges? were there enough of these kidnappers who were caught by police and interviewed about their sexuality to cull this data?
claiming far fewer female children were trafficked for sexual purposes is absolutely ludicrous and does not track with human history anywhere, at any time, ever. do you have any official reports to back up this claim?
the problem in Brazil is MALE violence, see also: the extremely high rates of femicide. that the basement dwellers of this thread are more concerned with characterising gays as inherently pedophilic because of the threat they feel to their masculinity rather than recognising the phenomenon of explicitly male violence against women and children is typical narcissistic misogyny in action.
