I'd say it takes at least 15-20 of Ashley to come close to 1 Chantal. Which either means Ash is terrifyingly small or Chantal is a few more bedsores away from being Nurgle in a wig.

I've known about the wheelchair, but her full body photos don't seem to show any outlines of diapers, especially since she wears kids shorts so often.

But if she does wear diapers... she probably fits in the toddler ones just fine, another milestone for the Lich Queen.
 
I highly doubt Ashley wears diapers, her thin skin would have broken down, got infected and killed her by now. Especially since she could very well have pressure ulcers as it is. Using the restroom probably wipes her out for the day but she can probably get from wheelchair to toilet without too much trouble. There is likely a risk of fainting while getting off the toilet since anorexics are usually constipated as hell and trying to go exhausts them. Conversely, if she abuses laxatives or diuretics, standing up right after eliminating a ton of fluid and the following drop in blood pressure could lead to fainting as well. So I could see her maybe asking for some assistance in getting off the toilet, but as spiteful as she is I can't see her intentionally soiling a diaper and making someone else clean it up.

When I really think about Ashley's sad life, where buying a new phone case and taking a dump counts as a productive day, I almost start feeling bad for her. At least she has fun freaking people out with her appearance I guess, that's something.

My chips are on severe cardiomyopathy, leading to heart failure, leading to death. I'm pretty sure it's safe to say that her heart is messed up permanently. The damage is irreversible and she's doing nothing to stem further damage. If the heart goes, then show's over. We do not discuss the when, so as to avoid more soul harvesting -- especially when the 3x spoopy month multiplier is in play.

How often would she even dump? I know it's important for anas not to get completely clogged up with fecoliths, when feces turns rock hard and blocks up the digestive system entirely, or only liquid can squeeze out on the sides, but it can't be too often.

A fair amount of feces is actually dead intestinal lining cells, so even someone who eats nothing at all will still produce some, but she must have a pretty low base metabolic rate at this point just to stay barely alive.

That is a good question. I know you need to intake calories for that process to actually proceed.

3. Decreased acid concentration in your stomach.​

A lot of food she does consume will probably just not get absorbed into her system. She must sustain herself from liquids.
