Here in austria you are pretty much required to include a picture on your resume and i have heard from at least two branches that they throw a certain kind of resume into the trash right away. Austria has not gone fully woke yet but many are already over it. I had to listen to someone from HR rant about being forced to include "various" when they advertise a job. Imo. If you have severe mental illness that's managed or have it expressed in your family it's a lot easier to get sterilized. She went to her Doctor and made it clear she wasn't willing to risk bringing more of that into the world and there was no argument about well you might change your mind.

I think what he was attempting to say was that not all dinosaurs are lizards, which is technically true. There's a big difference between how laypeople use the term and how paleontologists use it, though. Most laypeople would call a pterodactyl a dinosaur even though it scientifically isn't one. This is just something normies do when they don't know what a word actually means-- "germs" and "starfish" are other examples of that.

People know what the prefix "bi" means because it's a lot more common in every day speech and its definition is more clear cut. Normies don't know that lizards have to have sprawling legs to be defined as such, but they know that "bi" means two and "mono" or "uni" mean one. Obviously the difference between one and two is a hell of a lot clearer than the one between lizards and dinosaurs.

In my very limited experience, it can be. A couple I'm friends with was denied both a vasectomy and a tubal procedure about 6 years ago, they were both 28 IIRC. The argument being 'you don't know what you want, you cannot make this decision at this time', etc. That was in the Netherlands. But to be fair, they didn't go around shopping for other doctors after, so perhaps they could have found someone willing to do it.
