Speedy drinking in the back seat wouldn't be illegal in my state. The drink can't be in reach of the driver. So no drinking in the front seats. Think limos, RVs. Party Buses etc. But a cop seeing an open container anywhere in the car would give him prob cause to sobriety check the driver.
