As i understand it it's supposed to be sort of the headlines of Twitter, "the best of" for that day. Needless to say, Dobby will never be mentioned and he doesn't have to click that button. It's just him pissing and moaning as usual.

considering it is a button that can easily be ignored and not something like your feed being flooded with the headlines of the day, I have to ask if by that point he just hates the mention of things changing in general. Which as far as I herd is actually another trait associaed with some autistic people. Hatings things to change, because they are fine with the status quo.
Okay, at this point we should just ask Dobson to get to his psychologist and do a test to confirm where he stands on the autism spectrum.

Usually I'd agree, but dobson's activity goes beyond whats reasonable, logical and regularly becomes hypercritical. Like his recent frank miller comic, patreon comments, Korrosami under-age lesbian obsession, troll baiting and his desperate attempts to get Brianna Wu to notice him.
Plus he spergs out every week.

* Off-topic, but the same goes for Hayden Black. A dickgirl fetish and his own egotism comprise the entirety of his inner life. The difference is, Black seems to have a much thicker skin than Dobson. It's the only reason he hasn't yet plunged into a depression of his own and continues to butt his head against a cold, hard wall of failure.

More like every day, but yeah, that's pretty much him in a nutshell.
I mean sure, we could have forgotten him several hundred pages back. But with the way he acts, he's constantly putting himself up to criticism and mockery from everyone else around him. He's one of those anomalies that at this point, it's like he wants to be mocked.
