HOLY SHIT -- had no idea. They think they are all witches too of course. Anything historically associated with women, they MUST HAVE IT NOW. (why don't trans men act like this?)
There is this whole tradition (duh) of only women being witches. (real women)
Like everything else, this is horrible oppression. Some years ago at some conference, which scarred them all emotionally, a famous witch 'in the dianic tradition' (dunno what that means) declared that 'women's blood rituals' are only for those who make their own blood, which you know, seems fair enough to me. But they had some tranny uprising at the conference, blocking entry to the women who wanted in, and they have never stopped re-living this incident, where they won the pennant.

I find this kind of jealousy really embarrassing. Also it reminds me of when my little brothers GI Joe friends used to go 'raid' the neighborhood Barbie doll parties the girls were having (making bombing noises, calling in fake 'air strikes' etc). this is like that, declaring war on the witches and stealing the meaning of it for themselves, all they need is the air strike and artillery sound effects,...rrrrrrrrrrroooooooommmMMMMMMPOW!!!!
This is their psychological level: Seven year olds.
Why don't they invent their own culture instead of stealing women's stuff, or is that part of the fun? I never thought about being a witch, and if I did, I'd wannabe Paul Lynde on Bewitched as Uncle Arthur, raving queen or not, at least he was funny.
These ugly dudes in witch outfits are funny, but not on purpose.
