I wanted to see if there were any medical negligence cases relating to sex change surgery and did a search on both google and DDG. I tried a few different search terms and there is almost nothing. It seems that most get settled so dont get much publicity.
But im surprised that there appears to be nothing. Medical negligence claims have apparently increased in recent decades, and this surgery is highly prone to complications.
Would anyone else like to try searching in case im a retard?
I found the 4thwavenow site with info about Dr Crane and the Tavi stuff in the UK.
Anyway, i did find this case in India. There isnt anything unique in terms of what happened. The neovagina is described as a piece of meat that can only be feasted on with the support of many 'sanitary napkins'.
What i did find weird was that when i googled the name i had to go several pages in before there was any mention he'd 41ed.
I think weve seen this with detransitioners. Trans people are only useful when they can be used as inspiration porn or as a vehicle for virtue signalling. When troons arent useful for that, arguably when they need society to take notice the most, they are literally treated like they dont exist.
There is an interesting compare and constrast here. Trans activists claim people deny their existance so they can gain undeserved victim status, but when they are actual victims the ideology denys their own existance.
I wonder if the reason is that when men want to become women its to persue a fetish. They normalise and lie about the nature of sex change, which makes it an attractive option for young girls who would have been pro ana types a decade ago. Those girls realise immediately how horrendous it is, and men seeking sexual gratification dont care about the suffering they cause.
Allowing these young girls a voice would risk society no longer participating in their sex game.
I sometimes see trans activists pointing out that terfs only seem to focus on men becoming women as if its a gotcha that exposes some hypocrisy. But the thing that they are pointing out is actually a fraudian slip on their part.

Why would a woman want to take up with some mentally ill doughball that most FTM are when they can just buy their own dildo? It's such a weird attempt at an own. I very often see troons trying to change the pitch of their voice, especially MTF, but I haven't seen anyone bring up the dangers of speaking at an unnatural pitch. You might be surprised to find out that something as simple as speaking in the wrong pitch for long periods of time can cause significant health problems.
Speaking at an unnatural pitch is a type of "vocal misuse" which can cause repeated trauma to vocal cords, which can result in developing vocal fold nodules, lesions, cysts, and other disorders like muscle tension dysphonia. (x) This study concluded that women are more likely to have vocal fold nodules than men. (x) Vocal misuse can also cause hoarseness from muscle straining.
PL I know someone who isn't trans who developed vocal fold nodules and had other vocal problems which he found out were all caused by speaking at an unnatural pitch, something he wasn't even aware he had been doing. I think of that every time I see a man trying to sound more womanly or an Ayden trying to sound more masculine. But I suppose if troons cared about their health at all, they wouldn't have considered transitioning in the first place.
