Definitely. I doubt he'll be allowed back into the house if for some reason he was let off the hook for his crimes, which would put him in the position of being homeless. Unless some internet people took him in, he would be homeless. If jail doesn't break his spirit of being mouthy and knock his improper level of confidence down a notch he'll say the wrong thing to the wrong person on the streets. Whether or not you believe he deserves to be hurt aside, it would be better in the long run if he just ends up being put away from society.

The truth is Heilberg would likely prefer Null stay in East Eurobuttfuckistan. Any testimony from Null would be far more damaging to his retarded motherfucking client than it would be helpful.
