Also I feel an angle I haven't REALLY seen used on the kickvic spergs. Is repeating the question "Why?" "Why are they victims?" "What qualifies as them being victims?" "Do they have some secret victim license or something?"

If they sued they'd be open to discovery. The same reason they didn't file police reports and haven't yet, they'd be open to investigation. Even post statute of limitations, I think they could file a police report to smear Vic with impunity but they might just investigate.
My earlier thoughts may be over-developed for the evidence at hand, but they clearly have been dodging discovery for all of this.
