While I sincerely hope you are right, and Vic ends up filed alongside men like Geoffrey Rush as turning points of standing for due process, all it would take is one enterprising and partisan junior reporter from NYT or WaPo or some cable channel or even a larger local Texas paper to set off a publicizing chain reaction. Kind of what law twitter has been trying to pull with Popehat.
I hope to the gods I am wrong, but always assume the worst possible situation, like the Beard said early on that he would assume a TCPA filing.
