He has been hit with a flood violation; see the previous page.
Are you saying that because the category of the enforcement action is wetland/flood issue? Or is there something else? Because im surprised that the comments under the action do not discuss any actual flood. Are you sure its not just a potential flood issue?

Answer: not sure!

He's fucked up a bunch of stuff that prevents floods and it rains all the damn time around there. If he has caused one, he can be held responsible for the damage.

His biggest mistake is fucking with his neighbors. They can and will make his life hell.
Pissing off your neighbors and your local government is how you get reported for any and all violations until you or they move away.

@multiverse

ETA - He's really fucked this time. I checked out some info pertaining to the property, and his property is listed as a ''RURAL SENSITIVE RESOURCE'' with site constraints pertaining to the following; ''Flood Zone, County Wetland, National Wetland, Hydrology, Hydric Soils''. Good job Greg, you fucked with a national and county wetland.

I actually laughed out loud reading that letter.
At risk of slightly :powerlevel: let me just say that I am extremely familiar with this field, and based on everything I know, Greg is most definitely not going to be keeping his house.

Very best part? Lol I'm convinced that no insurance will cover him, and he may even get sued by the bank for nailing their investment too (because lol of course he has a note)

I admit that insurance isn't my field so if anyone else can clarify that'd be swell

Homeowners insurance most certainly doesn't cover flooding of homes. That's why people in flood prone area's purchase special flood insurance if available. Sometimes its not available if the area is too high a risk. Also, if it does flood and his neighbors are affected and don't have flood insurance, and the flood is a direct result of Greg removing vegetation & soil, he'd be super fucked.

Homeowners also doesn't usually cover intentional acts of damage. Him not knowing this was damaging to the property doesn't exclude him from this, they still won't cover anything the owner did intentionally - and he intended to remove the stuff to make a bigger space in the backyard.

Just checked out a few sources about homeowners insurance and the land/property the house is built on. No surprise, it's a no go:

"Homeowner's insurance generally does not cover damage to land, landscaping or concrete, but getting land coverage is often not necessary."

I'd be shocked if he purchased any type of property insurance or land coverage, so he's most likely screwed.

I don't know what the price of his house was, but I saw the info on the mortgage dated around March 2018 and the loan amount was around 450k. They didn't put down a lot of money at all. Im sure JG Wentworth will be thrilled to hear about this.

ETA: What's Plainey's take on all this, does anyone know? She can't bury her head in the sand, she's on the deed and the mortgage so she's liable for all this as well. Even if they were to declare bankruptcy in an attempt to not pay it won't discharge any possible debt that can come from this. It would be wise for her to seek out an attorney to help them navigate this even if they think it's not worth it. In the end, they could very well end up in a shit ton of debt with a tanked credit score and liens up the ass.

Unless she’s said something on discord or Patreon that you have to pay to access, she’s been quiet.

Which in all fairness, it’s not her fault he decided to play lumberjack, even if it’s now her problem.

Agreed. I've noticed in the past though, like the IRS thing (even though it didn't involve her) aside from helping him monetarily, she doesn't seem to put in too much input. Unfortunately for her, his actions have now sent both of them down shit's creek. I'm being :optimistic: in hoping that maybe she'll see the seriousness of the issue and try to mitigate the damage instead of allowing him to pull one of his stunts.

For a man who screeches about how much he loves nature and animals he has no respect for the environment around him.

For the kids sake, I hope Lainey leaves him when all of this is said and done. I don't think she will since he did a great job of grooming her to believe him to be the messiah. And even if she does she'll have to relearn social interaction from the ground up if she wants to keep any friends or be happy.

I foresee this leading to Onion going all David Koresh - barricading himself in his house with his kids and harem, screaming to the FBI surrounding his house that "they'll never take me alive!", moments before a sniper blows his brains out all over Lainey.

One can dream.

Greg might actually go to prison, which means he'll probably come out of prison with a few teeth missing. God, how I'd want to be a fly on the wall for that series.
Do they serve vegan meals in prison? Oh if this happens he's going to have such a great time there!

On th bright side, maybe his face will clear up a bit, no access to makeup is going to be hell for him.

I believe prisoners have the right to a vegetarian meal but not a vegan... have fun Greg.

If he gets more than a year then he'll go to a state prison. Anything less than a year and they'll keep you in county, usually. Either way it won't be a good time for this whiny man child.

If him and Lainey somehow wind up getting jail time for this, usually they let the parents serve at different times so the kids don't have to suffer. This doesn't always happen, but considering the circumstances it would be the most likely thing to occur if Pierce County gives them jail time. It's not like they killed anyone, just the vegetation that keeps everyone's homes from ruin.

On another note, the person who runs that Complainey Lainey Tumblr commissioned someone to do caricatures of Plainey & Onion. These made me laugh, figured I'd share

Can you do this? I actually don't know anything about dog diets but.... this doesn't sound right? It could be the fact that I hate onision, though.
Feeding dogs fish is fine, and is often a good choice of your dog is allergic to common meats like beef or chicken. It’s certainly not vegan, though, so I’m unsure why he’s acting like he’s feeding his dogs vegan (don’t feed your dogs a vegan diet, by the way. I’m glad he’s stupid enough to not know the difference).

I think what he's trying to say is "even though I feed my dog fish, dogs are omnivores so they don't HAVE to eat meat." Which, if you know what you're doing, you can feed your dog a vegetarian diet, but dogs are opportunistic carnivores. They don't "need" it, but Fluffy is going to choose a steak over a carrot.

FYI to folks here, Greg is not a vegan. He's been a vegetarian since high school and has occasionally attempted to go vegan, but ends up getting sick because he only eats frozen or pre prepared foods from Whole Foods and gets pretty much zero nutrition even when he eats vegetarian. So no, he doesn't feed his dogs a vegan diet and has never claimed to.

He did insult one of his dogs for killing some baby rabbits once, because he doesn't understand that dogs instinctively hunt animals. He thought it made that dog cruel, because he's re.tarded.
