Now that he's relevant again, I want to go through some of the discord shit I found on him, because he was in a couple of servers. His discord account is now entirely inactive (on this account, atleast) In Genshin Impact Tavern, he was in there complaining about how he was being doxed. He also confirms his dox, and people were playing Tic Tac Toe on his forehead.
On the Genshin Impact Official discord, he said he was still being harassed and that the short version is that "I helped others expose him for very sick behavior and called out lies." He left this discord server, but he has HUNDREDS of alternate accounts.
In fact, I searched only his ID, and he commonly joined this server alone on his alternate accounts. He was banned from the server, multiple times, in fact:
And it continues. So much in fact, his name is mentioned a SHIT TON in the server.

I'll do some more digging, but it seems like this guy is notorious for joining servers and harassing people to get himself unbanned.

He keeps spamming you because I think he believes if you make the threads he wants, it will have some form of legitemacy and we will not mock them.
Also, does anybody know what Tina said/did to incur the wrath of General Talbott?

Yes. Last time I checked, he was under every single one of your Xeets. You can always tell it’s him from the use of the word “chunk” or some variation of it in the name. He also has an affinity for run-on sentences, mentioning Keffals, and talking (insultingly) in the first person. He really wants your attention, presumably because he thinks you have the ability to command KF to make threads on people and would be willing to do so for him.
He’s also impersonated Grey DeLisle and Roger Craig Smith, cartoon voice actors famous for their roles in Scooby-Doo and Sonic respectively. He mentioned targeting the former because she “tried to get Genshin Impact taken down” or something. Whatever this Tina person did to draw his attention, it most likely involved badmouthing his precious anime waifu gacha mobile game.
That, or he chose to target them just because he felt like it that day. That seems to be what happened with Roger. It’s hard to tell because this guy is clearly a fucking nutcase.
