I have a question for someone more knowledgeable than me. Someone pointed out earlier about how Speedy does this weird head bobbing thing all of the time. Now that it was pointed out I notice he does it pretty much all of the time. I also saw a clip from RV6 earlier where Speedy was walking next to Loulz and you could see that Speedy had a very strange and awkward gait.

I imagine this is caused from heavy drug and alcohol abuse but could anyone give a more in depth explanation?
