Ralph's win condition is simply having the option to be involved in his kids' life. It's never actually been about seeing the kids or being part of their lives, it's about exercising control and forcing people to entertain his whims, especially because they want nothing to do with him. The projected image of being a victim of the broken American divorce/custody system is just a bonus.
From what I remember he's allowed two visits per month with Xander, which he crowed and bragged about incessantly. In reality he's seen him maybe half a dozen times since he was born and presumably still owes a hefty amount of child support that he never paid. I don't know much about visitation arrangements or how the court mandates them, so I can only speculate on how his willful lack of involvement in Xander's life will impact the outcome of this particular case.

He was boasting about $20k and someone recently looked up the property records for the crack shack and it seemed like some church did take over the property.
I can’t see a church paying $20k for a demo lot, when a cash4homes place backed out of even paying $13k.
Ralph def trying to unload the property his daddy gave him in some attempt to wring a few desperately needed bucks out of it.
It’s only funny because that crack shack is Ralph’s only hope ever owning a home and whatever pittance he can get out of it will be gone within three months.
Maybe selling the crack shack will cover a full weekend spite visit. Even if the court allows some supervised visits, May won’t have to worry about dealing with it more than once. His only interest is in punishing May for leaving him.
It’s much easier/cheaper for him to go visit Xander but that’s only happened a handful of times. He wouldn’t be visiting Rosy even if he had the money to travel regularly, but being broke prevents spite visit and stalk May.
