Balldo is expected to attend a pre-trial hearing tomorrow at 2:15pm central via zoom for April's speeding ticket. Let's see if "capital punishment by electric chair" makes it to case law for going 6mph over the limit.

Initial reports state that neither Rekieta nor his client, former Steel Toe Morning Show cohost April Imholte, bothered attending the pre-trial hearing being held over Zoom for the speeding ticket. She had been cited for driving 39 mph in a 30.

Australia and Australian media have been trying to promote a narrative that the stabbers motives are "unknown" because "muh islamophobia".

The eSafety commissioner demanded X remove posts containing video and commentary of the attack. X complied with the order by hiding it from Australians but eSafety wants the video removed world wide and has threatened to fine X almost $800,000 AUD every day X keeps the video accessible to anyone, including those outside Australia. You heard that right, a pacific island sovereignty wants to tell the rest of the world what it should be allowed to see on the internet.

X has defied the order and intends to challenge it in court. He has also openly criticized the Australian government on X, calling the eSafety commission the "Australian censorship commissar", which attracted some spicy comments from a Tasmanian politician who yelled on live television that Elon Musk should be imprisoned for his refusal to censor the posts.

Asked by chat, Nick Rekieta blamed being "very, very sick" for missing the pre-trial hearing for his client April Imholte. He pointed out that "mornings are particularly rough" even though the hearing was at 2:15pm via Zoom and he was well enough to stream both the night before and the night after the hearing.
