How did you confirm this is his address? Unless you've actually done the work to phonebook him, an IP address isn't useful for anything outside of their general location. It's a good start though.

Looks like it came from this Doxbin paste claiming his name is "Jeff-Junior McNiven" by Jaden Bosworth / Tendokiddo / NintendoBlows UTTP / UTTP Emperor Latios / BetaElixirYT. There's no way to confirm whether or not this is him based on the information he provided. I would take it with a grain of salt since Tendokiddo was also a Skibidifarms user.

I found that IP on the UTTP server called circusfall
I'm not so sure that's the real IP

A user known as Klixir (I think that's his name) sent that IP to the server
I sincerely apologize if I got the wrong IP
 
"UTTP Emperor SMLTS" in those screenshots is, from what I know, a 11/12 year old boy from Hungary (who was about 9 or 10 when he joined UTTP). It's scary how young some of the members of the group actually are

I found a funny UTTP member that goes under the name "RIXX XXY". I saw she made a post stating she wanted to cause a school shooting. Which is insane to me as United Kingdom rarely gets any school shootings from my knowledge. 2 users under the names Tendokiddo and "Enclave" found her information recently. Here is what I was able to gather
