I'm at a loss for where I saw this mentioned (probably on some message board), but I've heard that website come up before in a list for websites like old Youtube, specifically a clone of Vidlii. From the Google results alone, it definitally seems at least adjacent to the edgesphere, but then again Vidlii itself is a shithole that already hosts this stuff anyway.

Seems to be down and no other info seems to be out there other than some search results. Either it's one of those innocent sites that sprung up with an unfortunate name that attracted pedos or it's connected to the pedos. I guess we'll need to wait for it to come back.

Whatever was there, resulted in both of these domains being nuked by 2 separate registars. Judging by Scully mentions, it's fair to assume that site is affiliated with "that community".
.online survived only 4 days, and was suspended on 13th of January. They will likely come back under a different TLD, and hosting provider, as it was on Hostinger which most likely terminated them too.

Both of them are very fresh and appear to have no backlinks, so they likely were spread on Discord or other closed pedophile circles, rather than posted on chans or other public-facing websites.

There are also pretty clear vocal samples of Playboyplay (who we also have semi-clear vocal samples of from this clip of FatCat / @MarMar049), but I think I need a second opinion on the claims that the user DM'd me about him:
Fun fact, if you go to the first bubblebowl video you posted on the VRchat OP you can hear the voice of Playboyplay in around the 5:50 mark. That guy was involved in the Mao shit Hes the guy with the deep voice saying girlcock and in the bubblebowl recording hes talking about black people going to heaven.

I'm, like, 65% confident that the voice in the Bubblebowl clip is Playboyplay like the user claims, and that he's just putting on a little bit of a voice in it, but I'd love to hear other people's takes on this.
