Tophia finally gave something resembling a comprehensive account of the sexual assault.

Before the explanation, here is a local archive of Tophia's initial claim on June 4. As mentioned earlier, she claimed to have been sexually assaulted and speaks very vaguely about the incident; there are no names or descriptions of it.



Now, to what's important. Last night Tophia was live again and she spoke in more detail about the sexual assault. In short, Tophia and Studchu (whom Tophia refers to as S in the live stream) met up with a friend of Tophia's. This third woman, whose name Tophia doesn't mention, hugged her and, upon breaking the hug, grabbed her breast and left. This happened on May 5th.

Tophia makes it seem like she and this third woman had a history, perhaps there was some shared romantic interest between the two, but she never outright confirms it. Whatever the case, she claims she was violated and felt victimized after this happened. She repeatedly alludes to messages that she says she won't release, therefore, there's a 95% chance those messages will be made public in the coming days.

Toph made a joke & laughed about it & she herself said she genuinely assumed the other woman did this cos she was “in love” with Tophia. This is genuinely fucking sick & dangerous. She’s larping like a woman recounting a violent rape, when in reality she’s misreading basic social cues & is only now framing it as “assault” cos it turns out the woman didn’t like her like that. Tophia fakes & deserves all the ridicule for this absolutely outrageous claim.

The way she says things like “they thought my body was theirs” is reminding me so much of how Cyraxx claimed that Marty “made a pass” at him & “wanted to make me his.” Hell hath no fury like a cow scorned.
 
Picture spending your birthday needing to take selfies because, you're so unwanted. It seems like a situation where a simple "sorry, that was a little awkward. Let's not do it again" would have sufficed, but Tophia, ever the victim, had to exaggerate and misinterpret things to make herself the victim of such a horrible crime. It's just ridiculous, and I imagine it could even be offensive to genuine victims of sexual assault who see her nontent.

Every time she claims "sexual assault" it's normal things that most people would barely think about. Like the one that was just another kid, and she was a willing participant. Then there's this one that sounds like an accident that she exaggerated.

Could be she just understands sex to the capacity of what decades of pop culture and media consumption has taught what it’s meant to be. In past live streams she’s complained how people objectify her and how gross men are for talking about her sagging tits, but her recent birthday posts they take up 60% of the photo. If you pressed her about it she’d just spit back it’s her body her choice and she’s “empowered” or some bullshit.

Could also be partly because she’s never genuinely connected with anyone outside her own family, explains why she’s struggling so much now.

I understood it as someone unrelated to the shelter. Tophia at one point mentioned that she showed Studchu her place and then they all went for tacos.

Still, Tophia is so fucking terrible at explaining things that you can never know for sure.

From what I understand from watching coverage of her, Tophia claims that this individual touched her chest after pulling away from a hug, but Tophia frames weird by further explaining the two were interested in each other but later the other person lost interest and rejected her.

Oddly enough Tophia also still claims she is still in love with this person and they still hangout.
 
Anybody dumb enough to extend any sort of kinship, decency, or even passive acquaintanceship to Tophia, will be doing so at their own detriment. Her social ineptitude could potentially land someone in jail, and for all we know it already has. She went off a few months ago saying somebody blamed her for some legal issue, can’t recall the specifics.

Anyone considered that it could even be a staff member of the shelter? I can totally see a staff member, or volunteer, kind hearted enough to give a resident a hug or a nice encouraging word.
