Any Star Trek made before the year 2000 is at least okay. It's JJ Trek and afterwards does it become outright bad to garbage.

First two seasons of TOS are great. As for the movies, 2, 3, 4, 6 with the original cast, and just First Contact with the TNG crew. Star Trek TNG...

Anything from The Original Series to Enterprise (including movies) is watchable (though the quality is debatable).
