The house got pretty well repaired after the house fire as the insurance company covered it if I remember right. And a full tear down and rebuild...

I feel sorry for whoever has to sell this house. They'll be getting a 24/7 bombardment of prank calls. And I feel even more sorry for whoever buys...

There would be a slim (incredibly slim) possibility of something like that if the house wasn't in Ruckersville. If they'd lived in a big city...
