Of course it feels "rather lacking", the guy must've ommited all the trash and hoard from your temple to be playable.

By "accuracy" he probably means Bob being human instead of a giant rodent abomination.

I guess by "accurate", he'll want his sprite to be leaner. In terms of accuracy, I'd expect there to be more hoard.
