Didn't it leave out the fantastic "Why don't you just bottle the whole world?" part from the comic?

The scene with Bizarro from the comic was glorious. Animated version was a bloody travesty.

I think its more about influence in general than about specific position. Granted, editors have more influence by default than regular writer so...
