I'm trying to decide whether MCA has learned enough to be making the "hand them another shovel" play or if he's just got a fencepost up his ass here.

I was unaware. I stand corrected then. That was the impression I got from his constant "I'm not silencing them" speech. Well, here's to hoping...

So, what are his chances to prevail in court? Will he be able to prove all of (1) falsehood, (2) malice, and (3) damages, or will he end like Vic?
