You're also paying for the time. Like why should I spend hours preparing, cooking, and checking on some complex dish and then spend the time...

I am not rich-rich but I have been to many fine dining places and as a rule they don't have a gimmick like these ones, or anything resembling it...

I guess I'm not counted in that. I don't buy B&J ice cream ( I stick with local brands), never went to Starbucks, and don't buy Brand Names...
