Why would they spend money to get a lawyer involved though? The document doesn't even mention anything illegal happening.

The more interesting part for me, is that Lemoine is the last name of Vic Mignogna's accuser's lawyer. Could be setting up for an anti-SLAPP case...

i very much doubt that its a lawyer, if that was the case the entire legal case would be jeopardized by making it *the whole thing* public it...
