I'd probably laugh and make a bad joke, something like that can legit defuse a situation sometimes or at least lessen the anger.

Personally I'd laugh my ass off because it's funny in a Wile E. Coyote sort of way. Of course I would do so fully prepared to get my ass kicked...

I'd be more pissed over you failing to spray me then what got me heated in the first place. At least if I got sprayed I'd be in pain.
