I didn't care for the movie. Just because the animation was lovely to look at and (I guess) it had a good soundtrack didn't mean the story/pacing...

You’ll slowly start to realize that is better than both of them.

I feel like you're over simplifying what the film is trying to do as that is not at all the take away I had from the film even after watching it...
