I do this too. I thought it was because I was a lonely retard but even after having some friends I do it pretty often.

"Thinking out loud" isn't all that uncommon. Though I will often rehearse a conversation I want to have with someone over and over again by myself.

Yeah, I sometimes talk to myself also, sometime in the presence of others.
