The 40K universe is the template for paradise.

Nobody who knows anything about 40k would want to live in that hellscape.

I always think it’s funny when someone is convinced they’d be a space marine when it’s far more likely they’d be a civilian or a guardsman conscript.

TBH, I'd imagine people want to be the generals and space marines who get to do nothing but kick butt, not be the dirty peasants in the hive...

How much Warhammer 40K’s setting sucks for you depends on who are you are. For instance, being a Custodes would kick ass. You wear golden armor...
