I know that Re:Zero is just a stylistic shortening of "Restarting Life in Another World from Zero".

Not sure but I used to think it was short for Resident Evil, until I recall it was called Biohazard in Japan.

I know this from the AoT thread but I did catch both of those. I called the hero a ripoff Shinji and you were right, it was far more entertaining...

It's the name of the last episode. More seriously... But really, it's the name of the last episode and they might use the term in-universe...
