What about isopropyl alcohol etc? No way eastern Europe doesn't have nearly 99% alcohol everywhere. Plus Lysol has bleaching agents in it anyway.

Try denatured alcohol. Mix it with water to dilute it to 70% and optionally add some essential oil to make the smell a bit better.
