That's not bleach, it's bacterial enzyme. It's a kind of fake Chinese remedy/new age cure-all that they seem to love in continental Asia.

Obviously the Chinese tactics are worrying, both from a "oh shit, is THAT what it takes?" standpoint and also from a civil liberties standpoint...

Without resorting to hysterics? The Chinese probably recognize that they can't fake or lie their way out of this one, so they're throwing...
