The fact this guy shares a last name as the bunny cop from Zootopia is very funny actually.

He should have trooned out and then he'd only have had to change his first name to Judy.

I earnestly thought that's what was meant by "Claims Disney stole his name" because, horrifically, that somehow makes more sense.
