God, I wish Chris would sue me

Anyone can sue anyone. I'm not a copyright lawyer, and I'm not sure if Chris could defend his ownership over a character as grossly derivative...

And Nintendo could C&D Chris if they really wanted to. Chris really holds no power over these things, the courts would laugh at him.

Man have we come far from answering "What If" questions with "Shits himself and do nothing." Lol, imagine Chris as a plaintiff.

That would be a non issue. Sueing me would dig into his toy and video game funds.
