No question. They'd still demand the opposite pronoun from whatever the norm is. Gender dysphoria isn't the root cause, voyeurism and narcissism are.

I don't think it matters for a lot of the paint-self-into-dysphoric-corner types who insist on the they/them because anything else is triggering...
