I like how in the sketch you can plainly see he was going to put in a background, then just said "fuck it, I'm Andrew Dobson, gotta be mediocre"...

The girl in that armor actually rather resembles Kimiko Ross of Dresden Codak fame.

The more I look at them, I think the part that makes his art worse (made even worse with his colors) is that he doesn't do any line variation...
