Can I play it in my Windows 98? I was waiting for a new Metal Gear game since the Metal Gear 2 : Solid Snake for the NES.

I don't get it. Apparently they weren't able to finish MGSV, but they were able to make this with all these new cutscenes? Alot of the reviews...
