It is a cake, but it's for the people in front of them. You can see a blue divider put down on the conveyor belt. Amber doesn't like cake.

There's a cuboid shaped separator between the carrot cake and the meat. It's probably not theirs.

the muffins and ankle weights are Eric's. The ankle weights would not fit around Amber's hoofs
