I'm not super experienced, as I've never worn stilettos or anything, but the weight on the heel is still there. After all, there IS still a heel...

It isn't the displaced weight in the feet that get me. Like Rio said, we still put the weight on our heels. What I hate is how it shifts your hips...

I cheat and wear wedge heels which are 100% more comfortable.
