If I had to guess, it's that the fluff has gone way downhill. I don't have a problem with the system, but Onyx Path craps out embarassing fluff.

A mix of bad fluff changes and unnecessary mechanical updates. Also, Beast: The Primordial.

Mechanically? Not that much (I do like that they opened up Virtue and Vice to just be "your character's greatest moral strength and weakness")...
