I don't think she is actually taking clients. At least, not those outside her dedicated orbiters but really just seems she tries to put on parties so she can make Excel sheets. She doesn't make money from being a prostitute, she makes money from people thinking she is as it's a way to get attention and try to seem different in the era of everyone trying to make money by posting bullshit to the internet.
