The Democrats seem to have a view of the white vote that isn't real. It's what some fuckhead in Bushwick or Hassan thinks is real. I think what this is is a couple people in boardrooms for the spies, the larger white community and the United States and thinks they know what gets them. Votes is trying to create a simulacra of what they think white American men want to hear. But it's not real, it's completely fake. And it's obviously fake. That's the worst part about it. It's made by people who despise white people.

I think that somewhere deep in the Democrat machine, there still are a few number crunchers left that live on cigarettes and coffee. I think they are gambling. Keeping Susan Collins isn't a loss for them, but they want their guy still. So they are going to try and push the military vet guy. Someone that is familiar to people. The nazi tattoo is a bit much, but that is where relatableity comes in. He's a "working man". There is leeway there. How much I don't know. That's the gamble. They don't either, it's been decades since they targeted left leaning, working class whites
 
Nice thread OP. I’m glad there’s a singular post with all of this, it’s been hard to find anything with the news about him being flooded after the primary win and most mainstream outlets outright not bringing anything up or writing off anything controversial. I think cow potential is there, guy was posting in the antiwork subreddit.

Nothing here indicates fraud or encouraging it, the specific comment in the spoiler is probably the single most common piece of advice you see from millennial vets and is just telling a guy to submit his claim sooner rather than later with all his documentation. Searching his Reddit posts, he mentions he was rated at 90% for TBI/Depression/Anxiety, which sure could be faked, but with overseas tours during the Fallujah days combined with the VA requiring documentation for the TBI, there isn’t really anything to indicate his own rating is fraudulent either. It would be different if he mentioned his own rating was for something like “cervical strain” but then he’s posting videos of him deadlifting 500lbs or something.

I’m done sperging, I just wanted to let you know since he has a good chance of being a lolcow and this could make it out of proving grounds.

I will be honest I wrote the OP quickly when the Kik stuff leaked. And then got a little overwhelmed doing more research on him as my material kept growing tremendously, planning for a big OP update after the primary. (Then work travel, etc., and I lost momentum).

I plan on hopefully delivering a big update, there kept being murmors of huge shoes to drop as women kept coming out. But the info never fully matched the hype. I plan on getting the next update out before September, as I imagine there will be big oppo-drops the closer we get to the Nov election that will merit another major update after that.

That said, I do plan on making a more fleshed out VA-scammer portion. With the exception of his dad buying him his house and his mom buying oysters from his vanity business, his entire lifestyle has been VA benefits funded (his oyster business is a front for his working class senate business image, it makes no money). And he has other reddit posts basically saying PTSD is fake, etc. And now he's essentially 100% disabled due to his psychological issues but is also running for *SENATE*? I agree "fraud" in the legal sense is perhaps not met, but i think it is in any other real sense for this guy -- he is not disabled, he's just a degenerate who mooches off everyone (women, his family, taxpayers).

I would not be surprised if many just showed up to grab some of that Democratic Party hush money and never had any intention of making specific accusations under oath.
Just like people tried to take advantage of the opportunity to make money off Trump, there are always gold digging hyenas who will glomp onto the opportunity for easy money, because they fucked the guy once many years ago.

Honestly, I hadn't really considered this. Which is a reflection of my own naivety. But I think I assumed the party of #believeallwomen would be reluctant to just payout for silence -- but the honest answer is if he was abusing DC women it was almost certainly women who would never want to harm the dem party and would take a check to go away.

Query whether, if this happened, they filed this as a campaign expense (of course not) which if not could give rise to 34 felonies if we apply the Alvin Bragg standard for settlements with sex accusers for Trump (lol of course not).

Anyone who uploaded a towel-only photo of themselves to Kik in *2016* is obviously a sex pest degenerate (and probable pedophile). A base case assumption of wrongdoing is almost certainly correct.

Yeah, I would imagine they realized he had a chance and didn’t want to kneecap themselves too early, need to save some for an October Aurprise, even though I think we’re pretty limited in what else would be surprising at this point. It’s comical at least, it’ll be fun to see where this goes during election season.

I mean he's the guy who got 72% of the vote (and that's first-choice votes, no Maine RCV shenanigans required) in a high-turnout primary and raised twice as much campaign money as the rest of the field combined, Assuming the Democrats want "someone who Maine Dems will turn out for in the general" as the nomineee, it's not like they can pick anyone else. To the extent that anyone should be on the hook if he crashes and burns, imo it's not the Democrats, it's the population of Maine and the fact that most of them are Stephen King characters.

Regarding hints of secret GOP oppo on Platner from anonymous insiders, idk. That always comes across to me as Democrats trying to scare people into voting for their more-normal primary candidate, although it's not like I'll be shocked if something does turn up, Platner being Platner.

Either way it's about the only fun race in the Senate this year. Apparently though Maine has a thing where if Platner resigns before mid July the Dems can just slot Mills in in his place. I thought the Dems would just whine at him in the media until he got fed up and fucked off, but really I haven't seen much about him at all since the win? And there's only a few weeks to go so idk.

Yeah, i will be sad if his lolcow story peaked and ended with the pedobear cosplayer chasing him down in public. But his campaign is, smartly from a strategic perspective, staying quiet now that theyve won the primary.

But it is notable here that he is running for *senate*. Senators are actual politicians with real power, unlike the the like 500 Representatives of the House who can futz around all day and be spergs and get replaced with nobody really caring *cough cough Dan Goldman you slimey bastard, get fucked by the third worlders you let in*.

So if he wins in November, his story will only continue. We may never reach pedobear status again, but this 2016-kik-using-almost-certain-pedophile deserves worse
